Job Description

As a Sr Quality Systems Manager at Medtronic, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise in quality systems and leadership to ensure that Medtronic’s products meet applicable regulatory requirements and the highest standards of quality. Your passion for excellence and dedication to superior results will be key to the success of this role.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field, and at least 8 years of experience in quality systems management in a regulated industry. Additionally, you must demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of quality systems and processes, as well as the ability to lead teams and develop process improvement plans. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential to this position.
