Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Quality Engineer to join our growing Quality team at Medtronic. As a Sr. Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be an integral part of the product development process, utilizing your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to help us enhance product performance and reliability.We are seeking an individual with strong technical knowledge and a proven track record in quality engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality and has the ability to think outside of the box. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you should be driven, detail-oriented, and have a genuine commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and implement quality assurance and control systems designed to ensure product and service reliability and compliance with applicable standards.
  2. Develop and implement inspection methods and processes to ensure product and service quality.
  3. Monitor and control product and service quality through the use of appropriate analytical methods.
  4. Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  5. Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 and other applicable quality standards.
  6. Develop and maintain quality documentation, such as inspection reports, control plans, and standard operating procedures.
  7. Train and mentor junior quality engineers.
  8. Work with other departments and teams to ensure quality standards are met and maintained.
  9. Utilize statistical analysis and other data-driven techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  10. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve product and service quality.
