- Drive brand awareness: Develop and execute creative and impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness and visibility for Medtronic's products and services.
- Engage customers: Develop targeted and engaging communication strategies to reach and engage with our target audience, including healthcare professionals, patients, and other key stakeholders.
- Support business growth: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing initiatives that support the growth of Medtronic's business and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with various internal departments, including product management, sales, and market research, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing communication programs.
- Manage external partners: Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Marketing Communications And/Or Program Management
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Develop And Manage Timelines, Budgets, And Cross-Functional Teams
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Various Stakeholders
Experience In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry Is Preferred, With Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards.
