  1. Lead and develop a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
  2. Oversee the production process and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize manufacturing processes and increase efficiency.
  4. Set and monitor production goals and targets, and take appropriate actions to meet or exceed them.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to support effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  6. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
  7. Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  8. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development.
  9. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  10. Communicate with upper management and other stakeholders to provide updates on production status and performance.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure production processes remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Operations Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Supervisory Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.
