Sr. Manager, Operational Excellence

Medtronic is looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence to join our team and lead us in driving world-class excellence in operations. The Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence must be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization and have a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering project results.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, process improvement, and/or quality assurance, with at least 5 years of experience in a management role. An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred. The Sr. Manager of Operational Excellence should also be an excellent communicator, have exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and have a strong customer service orientation.
