  1. Lead and oversee all Lean Sigma initiatives and projects within Medtronic, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize expert knowledge of Lean Sigma methodologies to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and eliminate waste.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and execute Lean Sigma strategies, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and reporting results.
  4. Train and mentor team members and employees at all levels on Lean Sigma principles and tools to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis and data-driven assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings, quality improvement, and increased productivity.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and leadership to gain support and drive buy-in for Lean Sigma initiatives.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Lean Sigma projects and make recommendations for adjustments or changes as needed.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Lean Sigma to bring innovative ideas and approaches to the organization.
  9. Drive a culture of collaboration and teamwork by fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  10. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in all Lean Sigma projects and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Lean Sigma Process Improvement, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience In Lean And Six Sigma Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Lean Sigma Projects, Resulting In Cost Savings, Process Efficiencies, And Improved Quality.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train, Mentor, And Lead Cross-Functional Teams Towards Lean Sigma Goals And Objectives.
