  1. Utilize expert knowledge and experience in electrophysiology mapping to support the development and improvement of medical technologies at Medtronic.
  2. Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest advancements in the field of EP mapping to inform product development and improvement strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, clinicians, and marketing professionals to ensure the successful development and launch of EP mapping products.
  4. Provide technical support and training to internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, sales representatives, and customers.
  5. Troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex technical issues related to EP mapping products.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert in EP mapping, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  7. Contribute to the development of clinical study protocols and support the execution of clinical trials for EP mapping products.
  8. Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  9. Represent Medtronic at conferences, symposiums, and other industry events to showcase EP mapping products and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
  10. Continuously assess and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in EP mapping technologies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Electrophysiology: The Sr. Ep Mapping Specialist Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Electrophysiology Procedures And Technology, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field. They Should Also Possess Advanced Knowledge Of Cardiac Mapping Systems And Software.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Role Requires A Highly Analytical And Detail-Oriented Individual Who Can Accurately Interpret Complex Data And Identify Potential Issues. The Sr. Ep Mapping Specialist Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Troubleshooting And Resolving Mapping-Related Problems.

  • Proven Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Sr. Ep Mapping Specialist Should Have Exceptional Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Team Members, Physicians, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Possess Strong Project Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.

  • Advanced Technical Skills: The Role Requires Proficiency In Using Ep Mapping Systems Such As Carto, Ensite, And Rhythmia, As Well As Other Relevant Software And Tools. The Sr. Ep Mapping Specialist Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Cardiac Anatomy And Physiology.

  • Education And Certification: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field Is Preferred, Along With Relevant Certifications Such As Rces Or Ceps. The Sr. Ep Mapping Specialist Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Medical Device Industry.
