The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field, combined with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality engineering role with a medical device company. They will have a proven track record of working in a multi-functional organization, with the ability to build relationships across departments and senior leadership. This individual must have a strong understanding of quality systems and processes, including ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and GMP guidelines. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, and have the ability to lead and motivate a team.
