  1. Lead and manage clinical research projects to support the development of innovative medical devices.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical research studies in alignment with business objectives.
  3. Provide guidance and direction to the clinical research team to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Oversee the design, planning, and execution of clinical trials, including protocol development, study conduct, and data analysis.
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, protocols, and standard operating procedures.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
  7. Manage budgets and resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  8. Identify and address potential risks and issues that may impact the progress of clinical studies.
  9. Communicate project updates and results to internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and developments in clinical research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  12. Represent the company at conferences, meetings, and other industry events to promote Medtronic's clinical research capabilities.
  13. Ensure ethical and responsible conduct of clinical trials and maintain high ethical standards in all aspects of the role.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medicine, Nursing, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Specifically In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Clinical Research Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Experience Navigating The Regulatory Approval Process.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Senior Leadership.
