Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Software Development Projects From Conception To Launch.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes, Including Agile Methodologies, And Experience Implementing Them In A Team Setting.
