Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Or Leadership Role.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Software Development Projects From Conception To Launch.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Software Development Processes, Including Agile Methodologies, And Experience Implementing Them In A Team Setting.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Mentor And Motivate A Team Towards Achieving Project Goals.
