  1. Design and implement software development and deployment processes for Medtronic's innovative solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software solutions.
  3. Utilize DevOps tools and methodologies to streamline software development and deployment.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize DevOps processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the software development and deployment process.
  6. Create and maintain documentation for software development and deployment processes.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software development and DevOps.
  8. Work closely with software engineers to ensure software code meets quality standards and is easily deployable.
  9. Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders.
  10. Participate in code reviews and provide valuable feedback to improve code quality.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to maintain and improve the infrastructure supporting the software development and deployment processes.
  12. Take ownership of technical issues and work towards finding solutions in a timely manner.
  13. Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
  14. Mentor and train team members on DevOps tools and processes.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Operations.

  • Proficiency In Various Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And C++.

  • Strong Understanding Of Devops Principles And Experience Implementing Devops Practices In A Software Development Environment.

  • Familiarity With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.
