  1. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Medtronic business processes and how they can be optimized through ServiceNow.
  4. Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Configuration Management.
  5. Ensure the integrity and security of ServiceNow systems by following best practices and industry standards.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to the ServiceNow development team.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in the ServiceNow platform and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Conduct regular reviews and audits of ServiceNow processes and systems to identify and address any issues or gaps.
  9. Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow architecture, processes, and configurations.
  10. Collaborate with other architects and IT teams to ensure ServiceNow integrations with other systems are seamless and efficient.
  11. Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely resolutions.
  12. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends related to ServiceNow and make recommendations for their implementation.
  13. Train and mentor junior ServiceNow developers and administrators.
  14. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  15. Continuously assess and improve ServiceNow processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Servicenow Developer Or Architect.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Servicenow Platform, Including Servicenow Studio, Workflows, Scripting, And Integrations.

  • Experience With Designing And Implementing Complex Servicenow Solutions For Large Organizations.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams To Gather Requirements And Design Solutions.
