  • Develop and implement testing strategies and protocols to ensure the quality and safety of Medtronic's medical devices
  • Lead and manage a team of testing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the team's success
  • Monitor and evaluate testing processes and procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the product development process and all regulatory requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance, incorporating new techniques and technologies into Medtronic's testing processes
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on testing progress and any potential issues or risks
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards, such as FDA and ISO requirements, throughout the testing process
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to minimize potential hazards and ensure patient safety
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the testing team and across the organization
  • Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
  • Represent Medtronic in external audits and inspections related to testing and quality assurance processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Computer Science, Or Biomedical Technology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within The Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Testing And Quality Assurance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards For Medical Devices, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Regulations.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Test Engineers And Technicians.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
