- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to support Medtronic's global tax strategy.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and potential risks.

- Provide expert guidance and support to business partners on tax-related matters.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external tax advisors and authorities.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to tax planning and strategy.
- Mentor and train junior team members on tax planning techniques and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records to support tax planning decisions and strategies.
- Proactively identify potential tax savings opportunities and make recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies related to tax planning.
- Represent the company in tax audits and coordinate responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Tax Planning And Compliance, Preferably In A Large Corporation Or Public Accounting Firm.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And International Tax Laws And Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Tax Planning Recommendations To Senior Management.
