  1. Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key healthcare organizations to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for designated enterprise accounts, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans and initiatives that align with company objectives and customer needs.
  4. Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and ensure Medtronic remains a global leader in medical technology.
  5. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure contracts and partnerships that benefit both the company and the customer.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert on Medtronic's products and solutions, providing education and training to customers and internal teams as needed.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, utilizing data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure all activities are in line with legal and ethical standards.
  9. Represent Medtronic at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and services and networking with potential customers.
  10. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Strategic Account Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience Managing Strategic Accounts In The Healthcare Industry. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Account Strategies, Maintaining Strong Customer Relationships, And Driving Revenue Growth.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Enterprise Accounts: The Senior Strategic Account Manager Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Enterprise Accounts Landscape, Including Key Players, Industry Trends, And Customer Needs. This Will Enable Them To Identify New Business Opportunities And Develop Effective Account Plans.

  • Strong Healthcare Industry Expertise: A Deep Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry And Its Regulatory Environment Is Crucial For This Role. The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Healthcare Systems, Reimbursement Models, And Value-Based Care, As Well As An Awareness Of Emerging Healthcare Trends And Technologies.

  • Exceptional Communication And Negotiation Skills: As A Senior Level Position, The Strategic Account Manager Will Be Responsible For Negotiating Complex Contracts And Agreements With Key Stakeholders. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills Are Essential, Along With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Customers And Internal Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Healthcare Administration: A Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Advanced Degrees Such As An Mba Or A Master's In Healthcare Administration May Be Preferred. Additionally, Certifications In Strategic Account Management Or Healthcare Sales May Be Beneficial.
