- Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans and procedures for Medtronic's medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test cases that cover all aspects of functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of software products, including automated and manual tests, to identify and report any defects or issues.
- Utilize industry standard testing tools and techniques to ensure the quality and effectiveness of Medtronic's software products.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers on software testing best practices.
- Continuously improve and optimize the software testing process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Extensive Experience In Software Testing: A Senior Software Test Engineer At Medtronic Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Testing, With A Strong Understanding Of Various Testing Methodologies And Tools.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations: As Medtronic Is A Medical Device Company, The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Regulatory Requirements For Developing Software For Medical Devices, Such As Fda Guidelines And Iso Standards.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Senior Software Test Engineer Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues In Software Systems. This Includes The Ability To Design And Execute Comprehensive Test Plans And Document Test Results.
