  • Extensive Experience In Modern C++ Programming Language - A Senior Software Engineer At Medtronic Must Have A Deep Understanding And Expertise In Modern C++, Including Knowledge Of The Latest Features And Best Practices. This Is Crucial For Developing High-Quality, Efficient And Maintainable Code For Medtronic's Embedded Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Embedded Systems Development - The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Developing Software For Embedded Systems. This Includes Experience With Low-Level Hardware Interfaces, Real-Time Operating Systems, And Knowledge Of Hardware Constraints And Limitations.

  • Experience With Medical Device Development - Medtronic Is A Leading Medical Technology Company, So Experience In Developing Software For Medical Devices Is Highly Desired. This Includes Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Standards, Such As Fda Guidelines And Iec 62304.

  • Proven Track Record Of Delivering Complex Software Projects - The Senior Software Engineer Will Be Responsible For Leading And Delivering Complex Software Projects At Medtronic. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time, Within Budget, And Meeting Quality Standards.
