  1. Develop and execute Medtronic's social media strategy to reach and engage with healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.
  2. Create and manage social media content and campaigns that align with Medtronic's brand and objectives.
  3. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to continuously improve Medtronic's social media presence.
  4. Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives are integrated into overall marketing and communication efforts.
  6. Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key influencers and partners to expand Medtronic's reach and impact on social media.
  8. Monitor and report on industry and competitor social media activity to identify opportunities and potential risks.
  9. Manage and adhere to social media budget, including paid advertising and sponsored content.
  10. Act as a social media ambassador for Medtronic, staying informed about the company's products, services, and values.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on social media best practices and techniques.
  12. Ensure all social media content and campaigns comply with relevant legal and regulatory guidelines.
  13. Continuously seek out new and innovative ways to leverage social media to achieve Medtronic's business objectives.
  14. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure social media initiatives support and align with overall business goals.
  15. Represent Medtronic at industry events and conferences as a social media expert and thought leader.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Medical Device Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Social Media Campaigns Across Multiple Platforms, Including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, And Instagram

  • Strong Understanding Of Social Media Analytics And Ability To Use Data To Inform And Optimize Strategies

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Write Engaging And Persuasive Social Media Content, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
