- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and increase market share for the InterStim product line.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, including urologists, gynecologists, and primary care physicians, to promote and educate them about the benefits of InterStim therapies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals through effective territory management and sales techniques.
- Utilize market and industry knowledge to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure the success of the InterStim product line.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of InterStim therapies.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the medical industry, specifically in the urology and gynecology fields, to effectively position InterStim as a leading solution.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and promote the InterStim product line.
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-directed learning.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent Medtronic in a professional manner and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
- Travel within assigned territory to meet with customers and attend events as needed.
- Collaborate with reimbursement and insurance teams to facilitate the reimbursement process for InterStim therapies.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Healthcare, Business, Or Marketing.
Strong Knowledge Of The Interstim Product Line And Its Application In The Treatment Of Urinary And Bowel Disorders.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Healthcare Professionals And Key Decision-Makers.
