Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior R&D Engineer to join the Medtronic team. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with a passion for developing innovative medical solutions and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Senior R&D Engineer will be responsible for creativity and problem-solving in order to develop medical solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, along with 5+ years of experience in a research and development role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful project completion, a strong technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of medical device design and development processes is a must. A successful Senior R&D Engineer at Medtronic will have the ability to think critically and innovate to develop cutting-edge solutions.
