  1. Lead and manage a team of quality engineers to ensure the highest level of quality for Medtronic products and services.
  2. Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality engineering to continuously improve Medtronic's processes and products.
  7. Train and mentor team members on quality standards, processes, and tools.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in quality standards and processes.
  9. Lead quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in quality throughout the organization.
  11. Prepare and present reports and updates on quality metrics and initiatives to senior management.
  12. Ensure adherence to Medtronic's code of conduct, ethics, and safety guidelines in all quality engineering activities.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the quality engineering team.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other departments on quality-related matters.
  15. Represent Medtronic in external events and conferences, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Quality Engineering: A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing Quality Processes And Ensuring Compliance With Regulatory Standards.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Quality Engineers, Providing Guidance, Coaching, And Support To Ensure The Development Of A High-Performing Team.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations: In-Depth Understanding Of Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Regulations For Medical Devices, With The Ability To Apply This Knowledge To Ensure Compliance And Drive Continuous Improvement.

  • Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Multiple Projects Simultaneously, With A Focus On Meeting Deadlines And Delivering Results Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, Including R&D, Manufacturing, And Regulatory Affairs, To Drive Quality Improvements And Resolve Issues.
