If so, Medtronic is seeking a Senior Product Test Engineer to join our Product Verification and Reliability Engineering team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and quality of our medical devices.   1. Develop and implement product testing strategies and protocols to ensure the safety, effectiveness, and quality of all Medtronic medical devices.
  2. Lead and manage product testing activities, including planning, execution, and reporting, to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications, and establish test plans to verify compliance.
  4. Utilize advanced technical knowledge and expertise to identify potential product defects and provide solutions for improvement.
  5. Conduct thorough analysis of product test results, and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Mentor and guide junior engineers in product testing methodologies and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing technologies, and incorporate them into the product testing process.
  8. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of product testing.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards, including FDA and ISO.
  10. Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure product quality and reliability throughout the supply chain.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on product testing and quality assurance, providing guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  12. Participate in risk management activities, including identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  13. Demonstrate a strong commitment to Medtronic's mission of improving the lives of patients through innovative medical technology.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Product Test Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Verification And Reliability Testing Methodologies

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
