  1. Develop and implement product strategies that align with Medtronic's overall business objectives and drive growth in the healthcare market.

  3. Lead cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing professionals, to ensure the successful development and launch of new medical devices.

  5. Develop and manage product budgets, timelines, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.

  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and positioning.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert for the product, providing guidance and support to sales and marketing teams.
  9. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  10. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
  11. Mentor and develop junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and compliance standards in product development and launch.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Engineering, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Lifecycle From Ideation To Commercialization.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams, Including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, And Regulatory.

  • In-Depth Understanding Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs In The Medical Device Industry.
