  1. Lead and manage the development of new products from conception to launch, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and meeting quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and regulatory to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, identifying key milestones, risks, and dependencies.
  4. Provide project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  6. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product development team.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the product development process.
  8. Manage and track project budget and resources, making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
  9. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders, including organizing and leading project meetings.
  10. Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  11. Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into the product development process.
  13. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and brand.
  14. Uphold the company's mission and values, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful product launch and post-launch support.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Development In The Medical Device Industry, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Program Management Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field. An Advanced Degree Such As An Mba Or Ms In Engineering Is Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Multiple Complex Product Development Projects From Concept To Launch, While Meeting All Quality, Cost, And Timeline Objectives.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Medical Devices, Including Fda Regulations, Iso Standards, And Other Global Regulatory Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams, External Partners, And Senior Leadership.
