- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Utilize industry best practices and innovative thinking to drive continuous improvement and optimization of business processes.
- Lead the development and implementation of new IT solutions and systems to support business objectives.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through ongoing maintenance, data validation, and testing.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and provide proactive solutions to minimize their impact.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies for business advantage.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As An It Business Analyst, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Healthcare Industry, Specifically In Medical Technology And Devices.
Strong Understanding Of Business Processes And Systems, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Improving It Solutions.
Excellent Communication, Presentation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Build Relationships With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Relevant Certifications Such As Cbap (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Or Pmi-Pba (Pmi Professional In Business Analysis) Are Preferred.
