Proven Track Record In Leading And Managing Complex Projects, From Conception To Commercialization, With A Strong Focus On Innovation And Product Development.
Expertise In Regulatory And Compliance Requirements For Medical Devices, Including Fda And International Standards, As Well As Experience Navigating The Product Approval Process.
Strong Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams, As Well As Mentor And Develop Junior Engineers.
Advanced Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry. Professional Certifications, Such As Pmp Or Six Sigma, Are Also Highly Desirable.
