  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for Medtronic's Aortic products in the designated territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in hospitals, medical facilities, and other healthcare settings.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, clinical, and customer support, to ensure effective and coordinated sales efforts.
  5. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features and benefits of Medtronic's Aortic products.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any questions or concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
  9. Train and mentor junior sales representatives, sharing best practices and providing guidance to ensure their success.
  10. Represent Medtronic at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our Aortic products and generate leads.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Aortic Sales: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Aortic Sales, Specifically In The Louisville And Lexington Markets. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets, Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Key Customers, And Successfully Launching New Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Aortic Products: The Senior Principal Aortic Sales Representative Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of Medtronic's Aortic Product Line, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Competitive Differentiators. They Should Also Have A Strong Understanding Of The Aortic Market And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Growth And Market Share Expansion.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate With Strong Leadership Skills, As They Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Sales Representatives In The Louisville And Lexington Markets. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Coaching And Developing Sales Teams, As Well As A Proven Ability To Drive Results Through Effective Team Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Abilities: As A Senior Level Sales Representative, The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate The Value Of Medtronic's Aortic Products To Key Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Hospital Administrators, And Purchasing Decision-Makers.
