  1. Lead the design and development of sterile packaging solutions for life-saving medical devices.
  2. Utilize expertise and creativity to deliver high-quality packaging solutions that meet the needs of patients.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for packaging.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging strategies.
  5. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
  6. Develop and maintain packaging specifications, standards, and procedures.
  7. Ensure packaging designs are cost-effective and meet production requirements.
  8. Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for packaging.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  10. Lead testing and validation processes for packaging designs.
  11. Train and mentor junior packaging engineers.
  12. Continuously improve and optimize packaging processes and designs.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, clients, and regulatory agencies.
  14. Stay informed on global packaging regulations and ensure compliance.
  15. Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  16. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
  17. Monitor and analyze packaging performance and identify areas for improvement.
  18. Troubleshoot and provide technical support for packaging-related issues.
  19. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new packaging concepts and designs.
  20. Represent the company in industry conferences and events related to packaging.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sterile Packaging Design Within The Medical Device Or Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And International Standards For Sterile Packaging, Such As Iso 11607.

  • Experience With Design Software, Such As Cad Or Solidworks, And Proficiency In Creating Packaging Prototypes And Conducting Testing.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
