  1. Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions for a wide range of medical devices and products.
  2. Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and medical device industry standards in all packaging designs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop packaging solutions that meet those needs.
  4. Conduct packaging feasibility studies and provide recommendations for improvement.
  5. Oversee the design, testing, and validation of packaging materials and processes.
  6. Manage packaging projects from conception to launch, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  7. Continuously evaluate and improve packaging processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in packaging technology.
  9. Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers for packaging materials and equipment.
  10. Train and mentor junior packaging engineers and provide technical guidance and support.
  11. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of packaging strategies and initiatives.
  12. Participate in risk assessments and ensure packaging designs meet safety and quality standards.
  13. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packaging design, materials, and processes.
  14. Troubleshoot packaging issues and provide solutions to ensure product quality and integrity.
  15. Develop and maintain packaging documentation, including drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design And Development.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Regulations In The Medical Device Industry, Including Iso 11607 And Fda Regulations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Complex Packaging Projects From Concept To Commercialization.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Packaging-Related Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
