  1. Design and develop innovative packaging solutions for Medtronic's life-saving medical devices.
  2. Utilize your strong background in packaging engineering to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of our products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop packaging strategies that meet those needs.
  4. Continuously evaluate and improve upon existing packaging processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

  6. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior packaging engineers and other team members.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to packaging engineering.
  8. Work closely with suppliers to source and qualify packaging materials and components.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any packaging-related issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and safety standards throughout the packaging development and implementation process.
  11. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all packaging designs, processes, and testing results.
  12. Communicate project progress and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the packaging department.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Packaging Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Design, And Manufacturing Processes.

  • Experience With Packaging Validation And Compliance With Regulatory Standards (Fda, Iso, Etc.).

  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
