Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Molding Engineer to join the Medtronic team and lead the development and optimization of injection molding systems. You will not only be responsible for developing, qualifying, and launching complex and innovative injection molding systems, but you will also be an integral part of our team in defining the future of advanced injection molding technologies.The ideal candidate for this position must possess a strong background in injection molding processes and experience in working with high-volume production operation. You must also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and take initiative in developing creative solutions. In addition, a Bachelor's degree in plastics engineering or a related field is preferred. If you have a passion for technology and innovation, and a drive to make a difference in the world, then this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and optimization of injection molding systems.
  2. Develop, qualify, and launch complex and innovative injection molding systems.
  3. Define the future of advanced injection molding technologies.
  4. Possess a strong background in injection molding processes.
