- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for refurbished medical devices to ensure high quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize refurbishment operations.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Lead root cause analysis and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the refurbishment process.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and technology to continuously improve processes and products.
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on new product designs to ensure manufacturability and quality.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components for production.
- Manage and maintain equipment and tools used in the refurbishment process.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols in the manufacturing facility.
- Communicate regularly with management and other stakeholders on project status, challenges, and successes.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve efficiency and reduce production costs.

Extensive Experience In Manufacturing Engineering: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, With A Strong Background In Refurbishment Operations. This Should Include Experience With Equipment Maintenance, Process Improvement, And Quality Control.
Knowledge Of Medical Device Industry Regulations: Medtronic Is A Highly Regulated Company, And The Senior Manufacturing Engineer For Refurbishment Operations Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations Such As Fda Requirements, Iso Standards, And Other Relevant Guidelines.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Must Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers And Technicians.
