- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and efficiency in production.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new product introductions and process improvements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to develop their technical skills and ensure effective team collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to continuously improve processes and stay ahead of competition.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and components.
- Work closely with quality and regulatory teams to ensure all manufacturing processes and products meet regulatory standards and requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input to product development teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing cost models to support budgeting and cost reduction initiatives.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Design For Manufacturing (Dfm) And Lean Manufacturing Principles.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Reduce Costs.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Mentor And Train Junior Engineers.
