
Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience and 3 years of management experience. The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and a strong understanding of current recruiting trends and technologies. Additionally, strong negotiation and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role. Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition professionals.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to meet the organization's talent needs.
- Monitor and analyze recruiting trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the most efficient methods.
- Negotiate job offers with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and create job descriptions that will attract the best talent.
- Create and implement effective onboarding processes.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional associations.
- Lead the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
