Job Description

At Medtronic, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior IT Program Director, Mergers, Acquisitions to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT strategy and program management, with a proven track record in successful mergers and acquisitions. This is an incredible opportunity to work with a leading global medical technology and services company, and to make a real and meaningful impact on healthcare.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT program management, with at least 5 years of experience in leading IT strategy and program management related to mergers and acquisitions. You should have a strong knowledge of IT systems and processes, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is the ability to be self-motivated and work independently. A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain IT strategy and program management related to mergers and acquisitions.
  2. Manage multiple projects and stakeholders in an effective and timely manner.
  3. Maintain excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Provide strong knowledge of IT systems and processes.
  5. Work independently to meet deadlines and objectives.
  6. Stay abreast of the latest developments in the IT industry.
  7. Collaborate with other departments for successful implementation of IT strategies and programs.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Monitor and evaluate results of IT strategies and programs.
  10. Develop and implement plans for continual improvement of IT programs.
