  1. Maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of the SAP and Salesforce systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or system errors related to SAP and Salesforce.
  3. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of SAP and Salesforce within the organization.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective solutions within the SAP and Salesforce systems.
  5. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to end users, including training and troubleshooting.
  7. Conduct regular audits of the SAP and Salesforce systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SAP and Salesforce technology, and make recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
  9. Develop and maintain system documentation, including processes, procedures, and configuration changes.
  10. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  11. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of goals.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support SAP and Salesforce systems.
  13. Monitor and manage system security and access controls to ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  14. Participate in project teams to implement new functionalities and enhancements within the SAP and Salesforce systems.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to SAP and Salesforce operations.
