  1. Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, and propose solutions that align with business goals.
  4. Utilize industry best practices and standards to design and implement efficient and effective solutions.
  5. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the successful implementation of new systems and processes.
  6. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  8. Develop and deliver presentations and training materials to educate end users on new systems and processes.
  9. Act as a liaison between IT and business teams, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  10. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
  11. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential roadblocks or delays.
  12. Mentor and train junior business analysts to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to streamline operations and increase productivity.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, With At Least 3 Years In A Senior Or Lead Position.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Business Processes And Systems Within The Medical Device Industry, Preferably With Experience In Medtronic's Product Lines.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Track Record Of Delivering Complex It Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field. A Master's Degree Or Relevant Industry Certifications (Such As Cbap Or Pmi-Pba) Would Be A Plus.
