  1. Design and develop innovative and high-quality hardware solutions for medical devices, in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify design requirements, evaluate feasibility and propose cost-effective solutions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, mechanical engineers, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of hardware components.
  4. Utilize your expertise in hardware design to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  5. Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including specifications, test plans, and reports.
  6. Perform thorough testing and validation of hardware designs, ensuring they meet performance and safety requirements.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and advancements to ensure our hardware designs remain cutting-edge and competitive.
  8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any hardware-related issues, and work to find timely and effective solutions.
  9. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
  10. Adhere to quality and safety standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the design and development process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Hardware Design And Development For Medical Devices Or Other Highly Regulated Industries.

  • Expertise In Analog And Digital Circuit Design, Including Proficiency With Simulation And Analysis Tools Such As Spice And Matlab.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards, Such As Iso 13485 And Iec 60601.

  • Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Projects From Concept To Production, With A Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.
