  1. Develop and implement global logistics strategies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers worldwide.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of the logistics supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  3. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  4. Negotiate and manage contracts with transportation and logistics service providers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and manage supply chain risks.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to global logistics.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
  8. Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  9. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline logistics operations and reduce costs.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in global logistics to continuously improve processes and drive innovation.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior management on logistics performance, initiatives, and recommendations for improvement.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure alignment and support for global logistics initiatives.
  13. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in logistics operations.
  14. Manage logistics budgets and forecasts to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial targets are met.
  15. Represent the company in external logistics meetings and conferences, maintaining a positive and professional image of the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Global Logistics Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of International Trade Regulations And Customs Procedures

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing Complex Logistics Operations, Including Transportation, Warehousing, And Distribution

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Cross-Functional And Global Team Environment
