  5. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for corrective actions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
  7. Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and professional development.
  8. Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory agencies.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations to inform financial decision-making.
  11. Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support financial planning and analysis.
  12. Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
  14. Collaborate with other finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  15. Participate in special projects and initiatives as needed.
