- Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of facility planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that facilities meet the needs of employees and support company culture.
- Manage multiple facilities projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and community organizations to support facility programs and initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Facilities Programs And Projects.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices For Facility Operations And Maintenance.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
