  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for facilities programs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee all aspects of facility planning, including budgeting, scheduling, and project management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that facilities meet the needs of employees and support company culture.
  4. Manage multiple facilities projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  5. Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance facility operations.
  6. Develop and manage budgets for facility programs, ensuring cost-effective and efficient allocation of resources.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality services and competitive pricing.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards for facilities.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of facility programs.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team.
  11. Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans for facilities.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in facilities management to drive continuous improvement.
  13. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or issues.
  14. Lead and participate in cross-functional meetings and committees to drive collaboration and alignment across departments.
  15. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and community organizations to support facility programs and initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Facilities Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large, Complex Facilities Programs And Projects.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices For Facility Operations And Maintenance.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Stakeholders.
