  1. Develop and implement sales strategies for the Cardiac Rhythm and Diagnostics (CRDN) division in the US market.
  2. Lead a team of sales strategists to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies across the organization.
  3. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to support the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  5. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against established targets and make adjustments as needed to drive business growth.
  6. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in developing and executing effective sales plans and tactics.
  7. Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential opportunities and challenges, and provide insights to inform sales strategy.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the sales strategy team.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to support sales objectives.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and developments, and incorporate them into sales strategies as appropriate.
  11. Develop and manage the sales strategy budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  12. Serve as a mentor and coach to team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies in the development and execution of sales strategies.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Represent Medtronic and the CRDN division at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's products and services.
  16. Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and accountability within the sales strategy team.
  17. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset.
  18. Drive a culture of data-driven decision making by leveraging sales analytics and insights to inform strategy development.
  19. Collaborate with global counterparts to share best practices and ensure alignment of sales strategies across regions.
  20. Act as a brand ambassador
