Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to join our team as the US Sales Strategy lead for our Cardiac Rhythm and Diagnostics business unit.   1. Develop and implement sales strategies for the Cardiac Rhythm and Diagnostics business unit in the US market.
  2. Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs and competition to inform strategic decision-making.
  3. Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and existing product lines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to align on sales strategy and drive business growth.
  5. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to the sales strategy.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth.
  8. Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategy development.
  10. Communicate sales strategy and results to senior leadership and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  11. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and capabilities, promoting a high-performance culture.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize sales operations and increase efficiency.
  13. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the brand and build relationships with potential customers.
  14. Collaborate with global sales teams to share best practices and align on global sales strategy.
  15. Uphold company values and ethics, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Sales Strategy Development And Implementation In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Sales Growth And Achieving Revenue Targets.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
