Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition

We’re looking for a Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition to join Medtronic’s Talent Acquisition team. This role will be critical in driving our mission to attract, develop and retain the best talent in the world. The successful candidate will be an experienced leader with a global perspective and the ability to develop strategies and solutions to drive business results.The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in global talent acquisition, a deep understanding of best practices and trends, and proven experience leading and developing a team. A successful Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition will be a strategic thinker who is able to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of talent acquisition and/or recruiting experience, and at least 5 years of experience leading a global team.
