Job Description

As a Senior Director of Customer Care at Medtronic, you will be responsible for developing and leading a world-class customer care organization that consistently exceeds customer expectations. You will be the face of Medtronic customer care, and you will have the opportunity to interact directly with our customers, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.We are looking for a leader with a proven track record of success in customer service who is passionate about taking customer care to the next level. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead a world-class customer care organization that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
  2. Become the face of Medtronic customer care by interacting directly with customers, driving customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  3. Have a deep understanding of the customer experience, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  4. Demonstrate commitment to excellence and the ability to think strategically.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to optimize customer service.
  7. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Train and mentor customer care staff to ensure high standards of customer service.
  9. Establish customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Develop customer service budgets and manage costs effectively.
