Job Description

Medtronic is looking for a Senior Design Quality Engineer to join our Design Quality team, and bring a passion for quality assurance and excellence to our products. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing quality assurance plans and processes, and helping to ensure that our products meet all relevant regulations and industry standards. Our ideal candidate is an experienced engineer who has a strong foundation in quality engineering principles and is familiar with medical device regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute quality assurance plans and processes for Medtronic products.
  2. Ensure all Medtronic products meet relevant regulations and industry standards.
  3. Analyze and evaluate product designs and processes for potential quality issues.
  4. Create and maintain product documentation, including design specifications and quality assurance plans.
  5. Monitor production processes for quality assurance.
  6. Develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues.
  7. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
  8. Train personnel on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulations related to product quality assurance.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
