  1. Design and develop control systems for medical devices, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop control system solutions that meet those needs.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new control system technologies and techniques that can enhance product performance and efficiency.
  4. Lead and manage the design, development, and testing of control systems, ensuring they meet project timelines and quality standards.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or defects with control systems, both during development and post-release.
  6. Provide technical guidance and support to less experienced engineers on the team.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize existing control systems through testing, validation, and implementation of new technologies.
  8. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in control systems, and incorporate them into product design and development.
  9. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components for control system development.
  10. Collaborate with regulatory and quality teams to ensure control systems comply with all applicable regulations and standards.
  11. Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on control systems, providing technical guidance and support to other departments within the organization.
  13. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to control system development and implementation.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by actively participating in team meetings, sharing ideas, and providing feedback for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Controls Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Expertise In Programmable Logic Controllers (Plcs), Human Machine Interfaces (Hmis), And Motion Control Systems.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Compliance Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Complex Control System Projects From Concept To Implementation.
