
Senior Contract Manager, Neuromodulation
Medtronic is looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager, Neuromodulation to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the contracting process for Medtronic Neuromodulation’s products and services. We are seeking an individual with a passion for delivering high-quality service, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing contracts in the medical device industry, along with knowledge of government regulations and contractual requirements. We are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Lastly, our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent project management and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the contracting process for Medtronic Neuromodulation’s products and services
- Ensure contracts are compliant with applicable government regulations and contractual requirements
- Negotiate and manage contracts with clients
- Resolve disputes and conflicts related to contracts
- Monitor contract performance and ensure terms are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement in the contracting process
- Prepare and review contract documents
- Provide detailed reports and analysis of contract performance
- Manage and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely execution of contracts
