Senior Contract Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Manager to join our team at Medtronic. This person must possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be detail-oriented. Responsibilities:

1. Negotiate contracts with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Manage contracts from initiation to completion, including review of contract terms and conditions, performance reviews, and dispute resolution.
3. Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, ensuring adherence to all terms and conditions.
4. Provide advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
5. Collaborate with legal and finance departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other external parties.
7. Analyze and interpret contractual documents to identify potential risks and opportunities.
8. Prepare and review contract-related documents, such as purchase orders, service agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
9. Track and maintain records of all contracts, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
10. Act as a liaison between the company and vendors, providing updates and communication as necessary.
