  9. Communicate contract updates and changes to relevant stakeholders and team members.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on contract management processes and procedures.
  11. Provide guidance and support to junior contract analysts as needed.
  12. Identify and resolve any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
  13. Proactively identify opportunities for contract renewals, extensions, or terminations.
  14. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all contracts align with company policies and regulations.
  15. Drive successful negotiations and outcomes that align with company objectives and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Analysis Or Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Negotiation, Drafting, And Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance, Including Fda And Cms Guidelines.
